You can ask for exchange in following cases
1) in case of damaged product received
2) in case of wrong product received
3) in case of incomplete product received
4) in case of non functional condition.
We will initiate the pickup of delivered products in any of the above cases and will create a new shipment containing the same product.A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered
We have 5 days for exchange after delivery (Day of delivery is also counted)
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
