Utilitymall 5-Day Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are accepted if the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Incomplete products (missing parts or accessories).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@utilitymall.in. You will need to provide the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the product received.
- Photos of the label or slip attached to the box.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
3. Refund Method
After approving the return, you can choose to receive a refund via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Bank Name required)
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Note on Size, Color, and Quality
Returns will not be accepted for issues related to size, color, or quality as these details are clearly mentioned on the product page. Please check the product details carefully before placing an order.
Size-related Issues
If you are facing a size-related issue, you must provide photos of the product with an inch tape showing that the dimensions of the product you received differ from the dimensions mentioned on the product page. Size-related issues will only be entertained in such cases.
