Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return/Refund

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible to request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the product.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Items: If the product delivered does not match your order or is incomplete, you may request a return or refund within 5 days of delivery.

3. Size-Related Issues: Size-related concerns will only be considered if you provide photographic evidence with a measuring tape showing the product’s dimensions differ from what is mentioned on the product page.

4. Refund Methods: Refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer. You must provide the following details:

  • Account Holder’s Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Bank Name

Return Process

1. You must submit your return request via email at sales@utilitymall.in or call us at 9306003779 within 5 days of receiving the product.

2. Share clear photos of the product you received and the label on the packaging box.

3. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the return pick-up.

Conditions for Return/Refund

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Any damage caused by misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund.

No returns will be entertained in cases of abusive language or inappropriate behavior by the customer. Legal action may be taken in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Products related to personal hygiene, innerwear, and custom-made items are non-returnable unless delivered in a damaged condition.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
